* We have an opportunity for an **Administrative and Financial Coordinator**, responsible for managing and sharing experience metrics, providing member service, and delivering technical support to employees regarding operations and processes.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Monitor and execute technical and operational tasks that directly impact members’ experience, ensuring excellence in service delivery;
* Conduct delinquency and loss collection activities and monitor the agency’s Provision for Doubtful Debts (PDD), contributing to the financial health of both members and the cooperative;
* Manage risks, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while promoting business sustainability;
* Maintain agency infrastructure and security, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance of physical facilities to ensure high-quality working conditions and positive experiences for employees and members;
* Pursue continuous technical and behavioral development, aligned with the evolution of management practices.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Financial Management, Economics, or related fields;
* Knowledge of negotiation and collections;
* Prior experience in administrative and financial roles;
* Experience in customer service;
* Valid Category B driver’s license.

* Postgraduate degree/MBA in Business Management, Financial Management, or related areas;
* ANBIMA certification;
