**Position:** Human Resources Assistant
**Work Location:** Corporate Unit \- Rua Ernâni Santiago de Oliveira, 321 \- Centro Cívico
**Working Hours:** 08:00 to 17:48
The professional in this role will join the Human Resources team, providing generalist support to HR activities, with emphasis on internal communication, ESG-related initiatives, and administrative support for the clinical staff. Responsibilities include contributing to effective information flow, process organization, and supporting institutional demands involving physicians and other employees, thereby strengthening HR practices and organizational culture.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Perform generalist HR functions, supporting various HR areas—including internal communication, organizational culture initiatives, ESG activities, clinical staff support, and departmental administrative routines.
* Support the planning and execution of HR internal communication initiatives, helping align institutional messaging and strengthen organizational culture.
* Assist in drafting and disseminating announcements, newsletters, internal campaigns, and content for corporate channels (e-mail, bulletin boards, intranet, or internal apps), ensuring clarity, consistency, and broad information reach among employees.
* Contribute to organizing institutional campaigns, internal events, and employee engagement initiatives, supporting the dissemination of the organization’s values, culture, and practices.
* Support implementation and monitoring of ESG-related initiatives, assisting in organizing social, environmental, and governance campaigns, as well as promoting these practices among employees through communication and awareness activities.
* Assist in collecting, tracking, and organizing ESG-related data and metrics, contributing to initiative monitoring and HR area information consolidation.
* Serve as an administrative support contact for the clinical staff within HR, facilitating communication between physicians, the HR department, and other administrative departments of the institution.
* Manage and update the physician staffing roster, ensuring organized and reliable information by department or unit, and supporting administrative requests related to the clinical staff.
* Support control and management of clinical staff uniforms and other institutional items assigned to physicians, while keeping clinical staff registration data up to date, ensuring data organization and integrity.
* Provide support for HR administrative routines, organizing documents, spreadsheets, and internal controls, as well as assisting with meeting coordination, communications, and other departmental administrative tasks.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields.
**Desirable Knowledge**
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially PowerPoint and Excel—for organizing information, preparing materials, and managing departmental controls.
Basic knowledge of internal communication and endomarketing, with interest in supporting engagement initiatives and institutional campaigns.
Interest in or familiarity with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices, contributing to related initiatives and projects.
