A professional responsible for fleet control and maintenance, managing budgets, quoting parts/services, and communicating with customers.

**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 2-hour lunch break; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Responsible for fleet control and maintenance, including receiving and verifying budgets, checking oil change and mileage information in the system, and obtaining quotations for parts and services (e.g., oils, filters, tires, wheel alignment and balancing). Responsible for budget approval, drafting customer communications, and tracking authorizations.
Responsibilities
Receive budgets for fleet vehicles;
Verify oil change and mileage data in the system;
Obtain quotations for oils, filters, tires, wheel alignment and balancing;
Approve budgets;
Draft emails to customers for budget approval;
**Requirements:**
Educational Background
Required
Completed high school education.
Legal Requirements (Mandatory)
Driver’s License Category B
Work Experience and Tenure
Vehicle technology and maintenance training (preferred)
Minimum of 1 year
