Contribution to a positive customer experience Responsible for supporting the restaurant team in daily activities, delivering welcoming and efficient customer service, always aligned with the brand values and the Heartist experience. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support customer service during meals, offering assistance with courtesy and friendliness; * Provide direct support to waitstaff, assisting with table service and operational demands; * Assist in organizing and preparing the dining room (tables, utensils, and support materials); * Help replenish buffet items and manage inventory of basic restaurant supplies; * Monitor and support administrative routines of the department, when necessary; * Contribute to a positive customer experience by ensuring a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment.
