Responsibilities and Duties Prepare teaching materials and deliver Physics classes using methodologies appropriate to the subject matter and students' profiles; Evaluate and monitor the teaching\-learning process and students' performance, assigning grades, ratings, and\/or descriptive assessments; Develop practical and theoretical activities, clarify doubts, and encourage logical and scientific reasoning; Adapt pedagogical plans and projects to meet specific learning needs, promoting inclusion and equity; Record classroom practices, assessments, and other pedagogical information according to institutional guidelines; Participate in pedagogical meetings, class councils, professional development sessions, and other school-wide collective activities; Stimulate interest in Physics by applying its principles to everyday life, technology, and other fields of knowledge; Engage in educational and community initiatives promoted by the school; Perform other duties inherent to the role. **Work Schedule:** Weekly workload of 11 class hours, as follows: Tuesday, 6:00 PM–7:40 PM (biweekly) Wednesday, 7:20 AM–10:20 AM Friday, 7:20 AM–12:10 PM 100% in-person position **Work Location:** Centro Educacional Serra dos Órgãos \- CESO \- Av.
