




Description: * Technical Course in Electromechanics, Electrotechnics and related fields (Mandatory); * Office Suite, with emphasis on Basic Excel (Desirable); * NR-10 and SEP (Mandatory); * Knowledge of Lubrication (Mandatory); * Basic knowledge of electrical control systems (Mandatory); * Availability to work rotating shifts during harvest season; * Driver's License Category B (Desirable) – for forklift training; Mechanical Maintenance (routine, preventive and corrective) Perform visual and tactile inspections on belt conveyors, bucket elevators and screw conveyors. Check and adjust belt tensioning, alignment and condition of drums. Lubricate bearings, shafts and gearboxes according to the maintenance plan. Assist in replacing conveyor belts, buckets, chains, rollers and bushings. Carry out basic maintenance on fans, exhaust systems, rotary screens, dryers and cleaning machines. Replace bearings, pulleys and couplings under supervision of a more experienced professional. Assist in disassembling and assembling pre-cleaning machines, density tables and classification devices. Electrical Maintenance (low voltage and simple control systems) Perform continuity, insulation and grounding tests using multimeter and megohmmeter. Connect and test three-phase electric motors up to 380 V. Assist in assembling and identifying control panels and MCCs. Replace simple electrical devices: contactors, fuses, circuit breakers Sensors (NPN/PNP, proximity, photoelectric) Interpret single-line diagrams and basic electrical schematics. Clean and re-tighten electrical connections in panels and motors. Monitor current, voltage and imbalance measurements on electric motors and process fans. 251231020249520614
