Job Summary:
A professional to plan and monitor the semester's pedagogical calendar, develop teachers, lead meetings, manage problems, and support student development.

* Plan the semester's pedagogical calendar with teachers, ensuring adherence to the schedule of topics to be covered;
* Closely monitor the development and enhancement of each teacher;
* Lead weekly alignment meetings with teachers to exchange ideas and address daily challenges, aiming to resolve routine issues and improve daily processes;
* Lead semester closing meetings with teachers to identify students requiring additional attention;
* Contact students' guardians when necessary;
* Serve as a liaison among students' guardians, teachers, and the institution;
* Manage pedagogical problems as they arise and propose solutions;
* Support teachers in selecting teaching materials, determining supplementary materials for students, and developing strategies implemented outside the classroom (e.g., museums and parks);
* Identify students' main difficulties and implement actions to address them.
Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Position
Compensation: R$1.600,00 - R$2.000,00 per month
