A wholesale clothing company is seeking a Production Manager in Petrópolis (Bingen). **Responsibilities:** Lead production operations, ensuring efficiency, process stability, and compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. Define departmental goals and objectives aligned with corporate strategies, monitoring performance indicators, costs, and operational results. Plan and manage production resources, including workforce, equipment, materials, and production capacity. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes, promoting increased efficiency, waste reduction, and mitigation of operational risks. Monitor internal and external action plans, ensuring execution within established deadlines. Support senior management with strategic information related to production, operational capacity, new products, investments, and process improvements. Manage and develop leaders and team members under supervision; identify and provide training needs for the production team to foster technical and behavioral development. Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Production Coordinator, Operations Manager, or Factory Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
