**Trivia is the concessionaire of Grupo Comporte, responsible for the future operation and maintenance of São Paulo’s metropolitan train Lines 11–Coral, 12–Safira, and 13–Jade, known as the Alto Tietê Lot. Located in the East Zone of São Paulo’s capital, these lines serve over 4.6 million people, constituting one of the city’s main daily transportation corridors.**
**In addition to operation and maintenance, Trivia will assume responsibility for modernizing the region’s railway system. Among the concessionaire’s responsibilities are station expansion and revitalization, upgrading existing infrastructure, and eliminating level crossings—ensuring greater safety and comfort for passengers.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform maintenance on assets, equipment, and materials according to established planning and scheduling, ensuring quality, care, and compliance with technical specifications outlined in Maintenance Manuals and Plans. Prepare technical reports and test certificates to support failure analysis and validation of interventions performed;
* Identify faults in parts, components, and equipment through visual inspections and technical tests, implementing preventive and corrective actions to ensure operational safety and efficiency;
* Carry out operational and maintenance activities such as repair of: laboratory equipment and benchtop equipment;
* Operate and handle machines, tools, special equipment, and road or rail-road vehicles when necessary, ensuring safety throughout all operations. Also perform related tasks whenever required, focusing on process continuity and efficiency;
* Accurately record all information in Work Orders—including hours worked, materials used, and other relevant data—as well as records of activities performed by third parties, where applicable. Ensure proper care and preservation of company-provided resources—such as equipment, tools, and devices—maintaining their calibration and optimal operating conditions;
* Adhere to strategies established to meet contractual performance indicators, supporting required actions and continuously monitoring each indicator’s performance. Proactively collaborate to achieve established goals, contributing solutions and continuous process improvements;
* Comply with corporate occupational health and safety requirements, immediately reporting any accidents or near-misses—whether during maintenance or commercial operations—to management. Safeguard personal physical integrity and that of others, always acting in accordance with established safety standards.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Technical education in: Electrotechnics, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering;
* Experience or background in electronics bench maintenance;
* Experience interpreting drawings, electrical schematics, and diagrams;
* Microsoft Office Suite;
* Driver’s license (Category B).
**Desirable Requirements:**
* Experience or background in railway system maintenance (Laboratory);
* Knowledge of electronic circuit boards;
* SAP knowledge.
