Team coordination and interface with suppliers **Electrical Engineer / Installation Engineer** -------------------------------------- ### **Job Summary** We are seeking an **Electrical Engineer / Installation Engineer** to work on construction projects, responsible for supervising electrical and industrial installations, ensuring safety, quality, adherence to schedules, and cost control. The professional will play a strategic role in design analysis, coordination of in-house and subcontracted teams, and interface with suppliers and utility companies. ### **Responsibilities** * Supervise and inspect the electrical installations on site, ensuring safety, quality, cost-efficiency, and schedule compliance; * Analyze and integrate electrical design documents with those of other disciplines; * Approve installation works through checklists and technical controls; * Support the procurement department in specifying technical requirements for materials; * Plan, specify, and propose technical solutions for electrical systems; * Monitor project approvals with utility companies; * Coordinate and qualify partner companies and service providers; * Prepare technical reports, assessments, and cost estimates; * Comply with applicable technical, safety, quality, and environmental standards. ### **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical Engineering**; * Active registration with the **Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy (CREA)**. ### **Requirements and Competencies** * Minimum 3–4 years of experience in construction projects and electrical installations; * Postgraduate qualification in the field is desirable; * Knowledge of construction management, electrical design, and team coordination; * Technical leadership and coordination capability; * Analytical mindset and focus on efficient technical solutions; * Planning, organization, and cost control skills; * Strong communication and relationship-building skills with teams and suppliers; * Decision-making ability and sense of responsibility; * Commitment to safety, quality, and results.
