Description

**Responsibilities** The Dispatcher is responsible for organizing and coordinating daily operations, ensuring that our team of drivers and delivery operators complete their routes within the scheduled time. **Key Activities** * Ensure daily transportation operations under one of our Contracts; * Deliver agreed-upon results with the Client, enhancing service levels and satisfaction through high performance and management; * Enable and actively contribute to increasing service demand with the Client; * Manage the team of drivers and delivery operators, ensuring route completion within the scheduled time; * Conduct vehicle dispatch operations; * Plan, schedule, and assign daily routes in coordination with Operations Supervision; * Implement standards and operational procedures, and monitor results using Performance Indicators; * Monitor delivery performance together with the Operations Control Center, and provide support and assistance in handling non-conformities when necessary; * Collaborate with the Business Development team to attract and select new Service Providers; * Support Fleet Management in inspection, control, and basic maintenance of owned and third-party fleets; * Perform Strategic Management of Service Providers, ensuring: * Availability to execute routes; * Loading conducted in accordance with Client guidelines; * Implementation of Operational Training, Morning Meetings, and Results Meetings; * Qualified personnel aligned with organizational criteria. **Training** **Education and Professional Experience** * Required education for this role is completed high school (bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is preferred). Certifications in transport or logistics management are considered a plus. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Excellent leadership and communication skills; * Proactivity and ability to efficiently solve problems; * Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions; * Attention to detail and high level of organization; * Ability to work in teams and collaborate across different company departments; * Flexibility and adaptability to handle changes and new challenges. * Route planning and optimization based on priority and operational capacity. * Distribution and allocation of loads to drivers/vehicles. * Analysis of performance indicators (delays, productivity, SLA, incidents). * Opening and monitoring of incidents, deviations, and route deviations. * Accurate recording of information in internal systems. * Basic knowledge of transportation, traffic legislation, and vehicle types. **Advantages** * Experience in managing Last Mile transportation and logistics operations; * Knowledge of Transport Management Systems (TMS) and tracking tools; * Data analysis skills and ability to generate performance reports; * Familiarity with regulations and safety standards for cargo transportation; * Planning and organizational capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. **Behavioral Competencies** * Focus, concentration, and attention to detail, with an investigative profile and critical thinking * Organization: ability to handle multiple demands while maintaining control over deadlines and processes * Interpersonal relationships: balance between firmness and courtesy when interacting with suppliers and internal clients Compensation: R$2\.200,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
