A logistics and transportation company is seeking an Operational Assistant in Guarulhos (East Zone). Nortex Logística specializes in integrated transportation and logistics solutions. Requesting travel advances from the finance department. Closing and finalizing generated manifests and verifying delivery receipts in the system. Contracting third-party vehicles. Recording expenses related to same-day deliveries within the manifests (tolls, unloading, etc.). Conducting research and releasing shipments in coordination with risk management. Generating monitoring requests when cargo tracking is required. Verifying cargo endorsement at the time of MDF issuance. Position based in Guarulhos / SP.
