Opportunity for organized and communicative professionals **JOB MISSION** Support the clinic's administrative routine, ensuring process organization, information control, and assistance in patient and family care. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support the clinic's administrative routine organization * Contact patients and their families (phone and WhatsApp) * Assist in scheduling and absence tracking * Record information in systems and spreadsheets * Support the billing and documentation department * Assist in organizing medical records and files * Support the reception and technical team **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education (ongoing higher education is a plus) * Basic computer skills (Excel, systems) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organization and attention to detail **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** * Organization * Responsibility * Good communication * Proactivity * Agility **ADDITIONAL ASSETS** * Experience in clinics or healthcare settings * Experience in public-facing roles * Knowledge of administrative routines **JOB ROUTINE (REALITY)** * Contact with families * Schedule adjustments * Support for administrative tasks * Organization of information and documents **IDEAL PROFILE** An organized, communicative, and responsible professional capable of handling a dynamic routine and supporting the clinic's smooth operation.
