Monitoring of purchase orders and material deliveries. **Job Description Summary** =========================== **Job Description** =================== Responsibilities: * Organize all procurement-related documentation * Prepare comparative pricing tables for quotation processes and upload them into the system * Maintain purchase orders in SAP * Register all new customers in the Corporate system * Negotiate payment terms with suppliers when necessary * Contact customers/suppliers as needed * Monitor all purchase orders from placement with suppliers to ensure on-time material delivery * Track all material arrivals at GE Celma and keep requesters updated whenever possible * Provide comprehensive support for daily transactions * Support the development of metrics and procedures Required Qualifications: * Currently enrolled in the 4th semester or later of Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields, with expected graduation from 2027 onward. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Intermediate English proficiency GE Aerospace is an equal opportunity employer in its recruitment and selection process.
