Job Summary: Supervision of maintenance and operation activities, ensuring service quality, procedure compliance, and team performance in water and sanitation systems. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring wastewater treatment quality and quality control Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields; * Familiarity with GSS and Oracle Field Service systems is desirable; experience with performance indicators is desirable; * Valid driver's license class B; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Behavioral Requirements: * Leadership profile for team management; * Proactivity and initiative to seek new solutions; * Easy access to Campinho \- North Zone / RJ * Supervise maintenance/operation activities, ensuring service quality, adherence to operational procedures, and team performance; * Supervise the implementation and maintenance of water distribution networks; * Supervise motor\-pump set and equipment operations; * Supervise the installation and maintenance of flow meters; * Ensure treated effluent quality, conduct sampling for quality control, and ensure proper station operation; * Supervise various auxiliary services related to hydrometry/mass balance, such as calculations, graph readings, sketch preparation, plant control, etc.; * Supervise the team assisting water technicians or sanitation agents in tasks such as cleaning, trench excavation, and backfilling; * Supervise teams operating asphalt cutting and trench compaction machinery and equipment; * Supervise connections, installations, repairs, and maintenance on water hydraulic lines and filters; * Participate in sewage treatment system operations, understanding all treatment phases, thereby coordinating the area for required maintenance; * Prepare managerial information reports requested by management / executive board; * Participate in defining training and professional refresher programs for the team when necessary; * Participate in recruitment and selection processes for professionals in the field when necessary; * Maintain work equipment in perfect condition and cleanliness; * Comply with company standards and procedures applicable to the area of responsibility; * Operate vehicles used for activities efficiently and safely; * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and proper use of personal and collective protective equipment; * Commit to the areas of Quality Management, Environment, and Occupational Safety; * Perform other tasks related to those described above, as determined by the organization and under the guidance of the immediate supervisor. 2512060202191849479
