Job Description: Key Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and coordinate flexographic printing department activities. * Monitor and ensure adherence to the production schedule, guaranteeing equipment quality and efficiency. * Perform visual and technical quality control of prints (color, registration, alignment, and density). * Supervise machine adjustments, setup corrections, and job changeovers. * Ensure proper use of inks, solvents, and plastic substrates. * Coordinate and develop the team of operators and assistants, promoting training, safety, and engagement. * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, waste, rework, and downtime). * Support PCP in planning production orders and prioritizing demands. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NR12), quality standards, and environmental requirements. * Propose and implement process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and efficiency enhancements. Requirements * Degree in Graphic Processes, Plastics Engineering, Industrial Production, or related fields. * Solid experience in flexographic printing, preferably in the plastic packaging sector. * Knowledge of solvent-based inks, cylinders/anilox rolls, viscosity adjustments, and color control. * Experience coordinating operational teams and production planning. * Proficiency in good manufacturing practices, 5S, and waste control. * Familiarity with preventive maintenance and quick setup techniques. * Knowledge of Widmiller will be considered a plus. 2512130202201838445
