Execution of pre-preparation and food safety control Basic knowledge in culinary arts; Food handling and hygiene; Culinary knowledge. Prepare dishes for Room Service, à la carte, and executive menu; Prepare and plate dishes for Buffet, festivals, and Coffee Break; Perform pre-preparation according to the menu or service previously established; Implement food safety control.
