Human Resources Consulting is selecting candidates for an industrial meal company serving airlines.
**Position:** Warehouse Assistant
**Employment Type:** CLT \- Temporary

**Job Description / Responsibilities:**
Separate and record incoming and outgoing movements of raw materials and consumables;
Support the provision of requested materials to various company departments according to established procedures;
Participate in physical inventory counts according to procedures and standards established for your work area;
Report material supply needs to your immediate supervisor;
Report damaged goods or materials upon unboxing;
Assist in product and merchandise classification, labeling, and coding upon warehouse entry;
Support the registration and control of equipment, materials, and products entering and exiting the warehouse;
Receive, verify, and dispatch material and product requisitions, sales invoices, or delivery notes from warehouses;
Ensure appropriate delivery of materials and raw materials requested by departments;
Maintain appropriate stock levels;
Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area;
Prepare reports on incoming and outgoing raw materials, materials, equipment, tools, and uniforms;
Participate in stock turnover control, expiration date tracking, and obsolete material control;
Ensure purchase orders align with scheduling to avoid urgent and/or special orders;
Deliver documentation required for customs procedures upon goods receipt, verify it, and distribute it to relevant departments;
Assist in classification, coding, and labeling of materials and equipment entering the warehouse;
Assist in controlling received material stock through monthly stock checks.
**Desired Education and Experience:**
Completed high school
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics is a plus
Basic knowledge of FEFO and inventories
Warehouse/warehouse experience
Experience as a supermarket shelf-stocker or checker
Experience with perishable food (dairy products)
Basic knowledge of box stacking and goods storage
Availability to work overtime
Food industry experience is a plus
Experience conducting inventories in large industries is a plus
Experience in catering/industrial meal companies serving airlines/industrial kitchens is a plus
Possibility of permanent employment after the temporary period;
Temporary position lasting 3 to 6 months; permanent hiring will depend on performance evaluation during the assignment
