INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a Professional Education Instructor are:** * Prepare lessons considering the learning objectives outlined in the Teaching Plan; * Apply diverse active learning methodologies that foster student autonomy in the teaching\-learning process; * Integrate theory and practice during classes; * Develop various diagnostic assessment tools aligned with academic objectives and lesson topics; * Monitor students’ learning curves, creating spaces conducive to learning; * Provide feedback to students after assessments, clarifying expectations, errors, and successes; * Stay updated on educational trends and incorporate pedagogical innovations into teaching practice; * Collaborate with peers to understand how your discipline contributes to interdisciplinary learning and the overall course context, as well as to competency development. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Academic qualification: **SPECIALIZATION, MASTER’S OR DOCTORATE;** * Mandatory Bachelor’s Degree/Specialization: **TECHNICIAN IN OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY, NURSE, CHEMIST OR PHARMACIST;** * Strong communication skills, ability to relate to students, adaptability and flexibility**;** * Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the subject; * Proficiency in Microsoft Teams; * An updated Lattes curriculum is mandatory for candidates—this is one of the elimination criteria. * Note: Your preferred placement will be at the unit where you are hired, and your availability must remain consistent with that unit. **Additional Information** Work Location: Working hours: **At Estácio, you’ll find:** * **Tuition scholarships** of up to 100% for employees, legal dependents, and affiliates (parents, siblings).
