Organize and conduct training sessions for the pharmacy team on best practices in pharmacology and medication use, promoting continuous professional development of the team. Remain available to respond to pharmacy-related emergencies outside regular working hours, ensuring rapid resolution of critical issues; coordinate the team during emergency situations; and ensure an efficient and safe response. Monitor medication errors and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence; participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
