Act as a LATAM Payroll & Benefits Specialist, ensuring operational excellence, supplier management, and process discipline for a multinational corporation.

You will serve as the LATAM Payroll \& Benefits Specialist for a Dutch multinational, responsible for executing, governing, and controlling payroll and benefits processes across all LATAM countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, timely delivery, and consistency among countries.
This position operates within the HR Shared Services Center and focuses exclusively on operational excellence, supplier management, and process discipline.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Own the monthly payroll calendar for all LATAM countries
* Coordinate receipt of inputs from Local HR, Finance, and suppliers
* Validate payroll inputs (hires, terminations, contractual changes, leaves of absence)
* Review and validate payroll previews, identifying inconsistencies and risks
* Approve payroll from both technical and procedural perspectives
* Ensure payroll processing is completed on time and without critical errors
* Administer benefits in accordance with each country's benefit catalog
* Validate eligibility, enrollments, terminations, and demographic changes
* Coordinate relationships with benefits suppliers and brokers
* Reconcile benefits invoices with payroll and eligibility data
* Ensure correct integration of benefits and deductions into payroll
* Serve as the focal point for payroll and benefits suppliers
* Monitor SLAs, delivery quality, and deadline adherence
* Log, escalate, and track supplier failures or deviations
* Support continuous service improvement initiatives
* Ensure payroll and benefits processes are documented and auditable
* Ensure compliance with internal HR and Finance guidelines
* Prepare monthly operational reports for payroll and benefits
* Guarantee data quality for People Analytics submissions
* Contribute to incremental improvements based on data.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields
* Solid experience in payroll and benefits administration
* Experience working with third-party payroll suppliers
* Practical knowledge of payroll processes and controls
* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish (mandatory)
* High level of organization and attention to detail
* Strong execution and control orientation
* Comfortable with standardized processes and fixed calendars
* Critical and responsible posture toward operational risks
* **Must reside in the state of RJ, as periodic visits to the plant are required**
