Human Resources Consulting is selecting professionals for a major industrial meal manufacturing company specializing in airline catering services.
**Position:** Assembly Assistant
**Employment Type:** CLT \- Temporary
**Number of Openings:** 10
**Job Description / Responsibilities:**
Organize raw materials, equipment, and utensils for industrial meal assembly;
Sort and verify ingredients according to technical specifications;
Assemble in-flight service meals;
Portion and package food according to standards;
Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations;
Maintain a clean and organized workstation;
Complete production records.
**Desired Education and Experience:**
Experience in cutlery and dishwashing;
Experience as Production Assistant or in assembly roles within an industrial environment;
Culinary experience is considered a plus;
Operational and production area experience;
Completed elementary education;
Bonus: experience in companies providing industrial meals for airlines.
Temporary position with potential for permanent hiring based on performance.
Selection process stages: First interview: Downtown Rio de Janeiro;
Second stage (interview and practical test): Galeão — Ilha do Governador.

**Working Hours:** 6x2 rotating schedule: employee works six consecutive days and rests two consecutive days. The company operates in the following shifts: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:52 PM; 3rd Shift: 9:40 PM to 5:40 AM. Working hours will be mutually agreed upon between candidate and manager during the interview, based on availability and operational needs.
