Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for performing and controlling waste weighing, reviewing specifications, preparing manifests, and maintaining contact with various teams. Customer and official agency communication Perform and control weighing of incoming or outgoing waste, using electronic scales and computerized systems, while ensuring compliance with applicable documentation and monitoring transport vehicle movements, in order to register data and measurements for billing purposes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Review incoming waste specifications, entering relevant data (e.g., weight, type, generating company) into the appropriate system, cross-checking or confirming information, and generating protocols, tickets, etc., to enable authorization for entry, exit, and waste tracking to designated destinations (landfills: industrial or sanitary); * Prepare manifests for leachate and other waste movements, based on standardized information, to ensure proper treatment at partner or third-party companies; * Maintain contact with production or commercial staff to clarify doubts regarding waste descriptions or specifications, transport companies, customers, registrations, etc., or with landfill unloading teams to exchange operational information; * Conduct traceability of operations or service data upon request, consulting the internal system to resolve potential discrepancies or locate deposited waste; * Maintain contact with customers and representatives of official agencies (e.g., Municipal Government, FEEMA) to provide or obtain routine information of interest; * Receive bulk materials or consumables/maintenance items (e.g., gravel, sand), following received instructions, verifying fiscal documents, performing weighings and registrations, and maintaining necessary controls to ensure proper receipt of such items by the company; * Organize and maintain document archives (e.g., manifests, invoices), arranging them appropriately for distribution to competent internal departments; * Issue transit invoices, manifests, and transport waybills, ensuring correct completion of documents and adherence to routine procedures to support external waste movement; * Generate standardized reports based on data stored in the system for control purposes or submission to environmental agencies; * Record non-standard incidents and promptly forward them to supervisors for appropriate action; * Perform scale opening and closing procedures, adhering to routine protocols, observing and reporting any operational issues to ensure accurate weighing operations; * Receive official inspectors and auditors, acting per supervisor guidance and providing requested information (e.g., scale calibration validity, permits) to meet required needs; **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma. * Basic computer literacy; internal training provided. * Concentrated attention, strong communication skills, organizational sense, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and good interpersonal relationship skills. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Gym allowance * Pharmacy allowance * Christmas basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher #### **Transformation is part of human essence.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
