Responsibilities: * Manage store operations, ensuring product quality and service standards. * Lead, train, and motivate the team, monitoring individual and collective performance. * Manage inventory, orders, and stocktaking. * Ensure achievement of sales targets and operational KPIs. * Uphold Bob’s network standards and regulations. * Support cash closing procedures and unit financial control. Requirements: * Completed high school education (ongoing higher education is a plus). * Prior experience in team leadership, retail, fast food, or store management. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and results orientation. * Availability to work rotating shifts and on weekends.
