Position: Construction Assistant **Area:** Construction / Infrastructure **Job Description** We are looking for an **Engineering Assistant** to support field activities, monitor service execution, and manage administrative routines on infrastructure construction projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor daily construction site operations * Support physical and financial schedule control * Prepare and update daily construction reports * Assist in organizing supplies, accommodation, and logistics * Support the technical supervisor in defining and monitoring daily activities * Support administrative routines at headquarters * Define daily tasks jointly with the site foreman and under guidance from the technical supervisor * Liaise with the client (Municipality/Autarchies) **Requirements** * Prior experience in retaining, drainage, and earthwork projects is desirable * Experience working on **construction sites** * Proficiency in **Excel and Word** * Basic knowledge of **construction schedule control** * Willingness to relocate to Juiz de Fora and undertake occasional travel * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience or knowledge in **geotechnics** * Previous involvement in retaining works * Personal vehicle **Behavioral Profile** * Strong communication skills * Organized and responsible * Proactive and motivated * Team-oriented * Quick learner **Benefits** * (Meal allowance, food allowance, life insurance, reimbursed every 3 months) * Performance bonus for meeting schedule targets Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Salary: Starting from R$4.500,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
