Performing meat cutting, deboning, and preparation according to quality standards **Work Location:** Serra Azul Supermarket \- Mury Store **Description:** Responsible for cutting, preparing, and displaying meats in the butcher department, ensuring quality, hygiene, and appropriate customer service, while complying with food safety regulations. **Working Hours:** From 12:40 PM to 9:00 PM, on a 6x1 rotating schedule (one weekly day off and one Sunday per month, as stipulated by legislation). \*Availability to work weekends and holidays. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform meat cutting, deboning, and preparation according to quality standards; * Package, label, and display products in accordance with presentation and hygiene standards; * Ensure expiration date control and product rotation (FIFO); * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to food safety regulations; * Provide friendly and efficient customer service, performing on-demand meat cutting; * Assist in verifying received goods and monitoring meat inventory. **Requirements:** * Basic education preferred; * Prior experience as a butcher or in related activities is considered an advantage; * Knowledge of meat cuts and hygiene and food safety regulations; * Good communication skills and proficiency in public service.
