Job Summary: Professional responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, performing check-in/out procedures, guiding guests on available services, answering phone calls, maintaining an organized front desk, and ensuring security and quality. Collaborate with other hotel departments and ensure guest safety. **Job Description:** ---------------------- \- Greet and welcome guests and clients cordially and professionally. \- Perform check\-in and check\-out procedures according to established standards. \- Identify and guide guests regarding accommodation services and other services offered by the hotel; provide general information about the hotel’s facilities and surrounding area. \- Answer telephone calls and provide in-person or remote support through other channels. \- Maintain a professional demeanor and deliver excellent service aligned with the company's DNA. \- Accurately complete the logbook (incident register) with relevant shift records. \- Strictly follow the shift checklist. \- Enter and verify information in the hotel management system. \- Monitor guest entry and exit, registering consumption and services used. \- Keep the reception area organized, clean, and functional. \- Collaborate with other hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, etc.). \- Ensure guest safety by following hotel protocols. \- Comply with internal policies, operational routines, and hotel quality standards. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Previous experience in this role is preferred; Knowledge of Totvs/CMnet system; **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Good communication skills; Proactivity; Punctuality; Teamwork: **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- Transportation Allowance; Meal Allowance; Gympass; Telemedicine \- Mediquo; University Partnership Program; Birthday Day Off; Discounted accommodation at the hotel chain, among others. **Work Location:** ---------------------- SAMBA HOTEIS \- RIO BONITO **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 12/36 \- 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM **Additional Information:** --------------------------- Shift schedule will be 12x36
