




Job Summary: Customer service representative and sandwich maker responsible for customer service, product demonstration and sales, sandwich preparation, store organization, and cash register operations. Store organization and cash register operations **Serves customers in-store, by phone, and handles order collection and custom orders.** **Demonstrates products and conducts internal sales.** **Verifies, stores, sells, collects payments for, and organizes merchandise**. In-person or telephone customer service; experience operating a griddle to prepare and assemble hot sandwiches, quick meals, and general portions. Organizes the workplace, maintaining an orderly and attractive store environment through restocking and proper product pricing according to standards; proven work experience in the food industry (e.g., bakery or fast-food snack bar). Must possess strong customer engagement skills through excellent service. Responsible for public-facing service involving payments, receipt of funds, cash register closing, and issuance of fiscal invoices; interfaces with Customer Service and Finance departments.
