Job Summary: Lead the unit’s digital sales operations, supervising and training the team to ensure standardization and efficiency of technical processes and internal policies. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on operational standardization and performance monitoring **JUNIOR E\-COMMERCE COORDINATOR (DELIVERY)** Lead the unit’s digital sales operations, responsible for monitoring and training the team on sector-specific techniques. Ensure all technical processes and internal policies are rigorously applied so the store operates in a standardized and efficient manner. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * **Team Management:** Supervise the performance of branch fiscal staff, guiding them on best practices for order picking and shipping. * **Technical Training:** Train the team on e\-commerce tools and sector-specific technical delivery processes. * **Operational Standardization:** Verify implementation of Grupo Alvorada’s internal policies, ensuring identical service standards across all units. * **Performance Monitoring:** Monitor team performance and responsiveness to digital demands. **What we seek:** * Advanced proficiency with e\-commerce platforms. * Intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. * Assertive, proactive leadership and excellent interpersonal skills. * Resilience and agility to manage the dynamic retail environment under pressure. **What we offer:** ️ On-site meal benefit, Medical Assistance, ️ Shopping and discount benefits within Grupo Alvorada, Birthday Day Off, Transportation Allowance, Partnerships with educational institutions and courses (Estácio, Sesc, Asserj). **Location:** Work at Head Office and Grupo Alvorada units. **Employment Type:** CLT \- 100% in-person.
