Customer loyalty and engagement Grupo Profarma seeks a dermocosmetic promoter to work in our Tamoio Pharmacies stores in Teresópolis. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment while promoting high-quality products. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct demonstrations of dermocosmetic products; * Interact with customers and clarify doubts; * Promote sales and build customer loyalty; * Monitor market trends and product innovations; * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets; * Promote product sales responsibly and safely \- by following established procedures and, when necessary, according to prescriptions issued by dermatologists; * Ensure proper stock organization and pricing \- maintaining cleanliness and restocking products in the sales area through spreadsheet and system-generated report controls; * Achieve sales performance targets \- by monitoring daily sales; * Support beauty consultants' training \- completing the scheduled training program to acquire in-depth knowledge of the specific features of the products sold; * Maintain optimal inventory turnover for assigned product category \- by monitoring expired, expiring, and excess stock items, as well as requesting reallocation of slow-moving products through daily tracking; **Requirements:** * Experience in selling dermocosmetic products; * Knowledge of beauty and skincare products; * Strong communication and customer interaction skills; * Proactive attitude and commitment to job responsibilities; * Completed high school education Compensation: R$1\.900,00 \- R$1\.932,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
