Job Summary: Serve as the right-hand support to the People and Management Management team, ensuring HR excellence in the field and supporting managers in people and performance management. Team development We seek resilient and strategic professionals to serve as the right-hand support to the People and Management Management team across business units. You will be responsible for ensuring that HR culture and processes are executed with excellence in the field, providing technical leadership to Administrative Assistants and supporting Store Managers in people and performance management. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Unit Management:** Supervise HR operations across approximately 10 stores, ensuring process standardization. * **Business Partner:** Serve as an internal consultant to Store and Regional Managers to reduce turnover and improve workplace climate. * **Team Development:** Provide technical management and training for the network's 40 Administrative Assistants. * **Recruitment & Onboarding:** Support the attraction of leadership positions and ensure high-quality onboarding at the frontline. * **Compliance & Auditing:** Monitor timekeeping practices, labor documentation, and safety regulations to mitigate legal risks. * **KPI Management:** Analyze KPIs (Absenteism, Overtime Hours, Turnover) and implement immediate action plans. ### **Regional Coverage (4 Positions)** * **Region A:** Tanguá, Rio Bonito, Itaboraí, Nova Cidade, Casimiro de Abreu, Jardim Catarina, Mutondo, and Trindade. * **Region B:** Arsenal, Rio de Ouro, Inoã, Maricá, Araruama, Bacaxá, and Cordeirinho. * **Region C:** Cabo Frio, Macaé, Unamar, Rio das Ostras, São Pedro da Aldeia, Iguaba, and Búzios. * **Region D:** Copacabana, Maracanã, Botafogo, Magé, Colubandê, Água Mineral, and Rocha (SG). ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields). * Solid experience in Retail HR or operations involving multiple units. * **Own vehicle (car) and valid driver’s license.** * Full availability for daily commutes and travel as per the regional itinerary. * Residence in a location with easy access to cities within the chosen region.
