Ready to join this team? \#JoinAssai **Responsibilities and duties*** Assist in preparing meats, poultry, and fish for cooking by cutting, cleaning, weighing, separating according to requested portions, and packaging; * Assist in meal preparation by washing, peeling, selecting, chopping, or grinding ingredients; * Assist in preparing simple dishes under guidance, as needed; * Perform loading and unloading of non-perishable food items and restaurant supplies; * Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate protective equipment during service execution; * Carry out disposal of waste materials from the workplace; * Separate foods according to the day's menu, checking appearance, quality, and expiration dates; * Wash and cut foods as instructed; * Provide support during food cooking; * Wash kitchen utensils, maintaining organization and cleanliness of the environment; * Continuously restock food in the cafeteria. **Requirements and qualifications** **Minimum education:** High school diploma. **Age range:** Minimum 18 years old. **Experience:** In the role (verified or not).
