Job Summary: This position involves assisting the mason with various tasks on the construction site, from preparing the site to cleaning and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Direct support to the mason at all stages of construction 2. Maintenance and organization of the work environment 3. Execution of various tasks on the construction site **Construction Site Preparation** * Clean and organize the work area * Assemble scaffolding and temporary structures * Mark construction areas **Transportation and Preparation of Materials** * Load and unload construction materials (cement, sand, bricks, etc.) * Prepare concrete, mortar, and other mixtures * Supply the mason with materials as needed **Direct Support to the Mason** * Hand tools and materials to the mason * Assist in applying mortar, plaster, and concrete * Help lay bricks, blocks, and flooring **Maintenance and Cleaning** * Clean tools and equipment after use * Remove debris and waste from the construction site * Maintain a clean and safe work environment **Execution of Simple Tasks** * Minor cutting or demolition * Excavating trenches and holes * Assist in installing lightweight structures Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$1\.730,75 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
