Will act as a multiplier agent of the company's culture and best practices **Opportunity for Training Multiplicator at WSA \- ADEMICON CONSORTIUM AND INVESTMENT.** We are a company in constant expansion and are looking for a **Commercial Training Multiplicator** to develop people, share knowledge, and directly contribute to the formation of our sales teams. This professional will be responsible for conducting trainings, supporting consultants' development, and ensuring that processes, methodologies, and commercial strategies are consistently applied across all units. If you enjoy teaching, have strong communication skills, are dynamic, and believe that developing people drives results, we want to meet you. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver in-person and online training sessions for sales consultants; * Develop presentations, training materials, and supporting content; * Train teams on products, commercial processes, and sales techniques; * Identify development opportunities together with managers; * Support commercial campaigns through targeted training; * Update training materials whenever new products, processes, or strategies are introduced; * Prepare reports on conducted trainings; * Act as a multiplier agent of the company's culture and best practices. Willingness to travel * **Requirements** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Pedagogy, or related fields; * Prior experience in training, team development, or commercial roles; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Comfort speaking in front of groups; * Organizational and planning skills; * Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in training sales teams; * Background in consortia, financial markets, investments, or consultative sales; * Experience developing instructional materials. **Contract Type:** PJ (Individual Contractor) **Compensation:** R$3\.000,00 / month The person assuming this role will have the opportunity to positively impact the development of our team.
