




**About the Company:** Our client is a company responsible for delivering technological solutions in soils, plant nutrition, and plant physiology, optimizing performance and generating high productivity. **Main Activities or Functions:** * Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent product shortages (stockouts) or excess inventory (overstocking), which incur additional costs. * Logistics and Transportation Coordination: Supervise transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations, optimizing routes and delivery methods to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines. * Supplier and Procurement Management: Coordinate the purchasing process, request quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure raw materials and inputs are delivered on time and meet required quality standards. * Demand Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production) to plan future demand and align supply strategy accordingly, ensuring product availability. * Tracking and Problem Resolution: Monitor orders and shipments, proactively identify and resolve any delays, quality issues, or bottlenecks arising across the supply chain. * Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Analyze supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities, implement more efficient processes, and pursue task automation (using tools such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen). * Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the central communication point among suppliers, carriers, production teams, and sales teams, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders. * Compliance: Ensure all supply chain operations comply with company policies and industry regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Experience in agribusiness; * Experience in strategic procurement (micronutrients, salts, chelates, elemental sulfur, foliar products); * Experience handling import and export operations; * Desired experience in people management; **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) up to 7 annual salaries; * Corporate card; * Laptop.
