Conducting internal audits and training * Disseminate and promote quality management by fostering a quality improvement culture through training across various departments of the organization, conducting internal audits, and supporting external audits. * Support quality, efficient, and effective process management within required legal frameworks by managing process interactions and analyzing performance indicators to continuously pursue excellence in management. * Establish, disseminate, and monitor projects based on improvement science and Lean methodology. * Promote effective risk management through training across various departments of the organization. * Support patient safety by reporting incidents to the Patient Safety Unit. * Manage the computerized quality system, including document control, tracking of nonconformity reports, indicators, critical analyses, and action plans—including their respective deadlines. * Advise the Quality Coordination team in decision-making by providing reliable and accurate information. * Conduct internal audits of the quality management system, accreditation requirements, 5S, risks, and LGPD. * Deliver training on incident reporting, documentation, indicators, critical analyses, and 5S. * Drive visual and operational standardization of standards, procedures, and forms through document management per ISO 9001:2000, seeking rationalization in collaboration with relevant departments. * Assist in monitoring the progress of permanent committees. * Participate in and conduct audits of contingency plan simulations. * Assist in organizing internal events related to the Quality Management System to promote staff training; Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
