Responsibilities and Duties * Provide technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, and system issues; * Install, configure, and maintain equipment and software; * Assist in the development, testing, and adjustment of internal systems; * Respond to technical service requests, monitor IT infrastructure, and document activities; * Provide support for using systems and technological tools, while ensuring users correctly utilize available resources; * Prepare reports, test, and improve systems used by the company; * Understand all functionalities of major systems in use (ERPs and business-unit-specific systems); Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education * Basic knowledge of hardware and software; * Familiarity with operating system and application installation and configuration; * Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi\-Fi, SQL language) and computer maintenance. * Strong communication skills; * Organizational ability and attention to detail; * Proactivity. 2512250202491345494
