The intern will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in talent acquisition, candidate screening, and interviews. **Main Responsibilities** * Support job posting across various platforms * Screen resumes * Schedule interviews with candidates * Assist in conducting interviews and group dynamics * Update spreadsheets and tracking systems for selection processes * Support communication and follow-up with candidates **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Psychology program, from the 3rd semester onward * Interest in Human Resources / Recruitment and Selection * Strong communication and organizational skills * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite ### **Employment Type:** Internship ### **Department:** Human Resources
