




**Requirements:** \- Assist in personnel administration processes such as admissions, time tracking, monitoring and delivery of employee benefits, monthly pay slip distribution, terminations, organization and management of vacations, and reporting to HR; · Assist in controlling employee transportation and meals, determining the number of vouchers to be delivered to each employee, collecting signatures and delivery dates; · Assist in monitoring expenses by verifying dates, amounts, and services provided through invoices; · File company documents, keeping them organized; · Be aware of the hazards and occupational health and safety risks relevant to your area and activities, understand the quality, safety, and health benefits resulting from compliance with established standards and procedures, and recognize the potential negative consequences for quality, safety, and health arising from non-compliance; · Analyze, maintain organization, and preserve specific documents and records related to your area and activities; · Ensure the proper use and preservation of personal protective equipment (PPE) wherever required, both for yourself and for team members and visitors; · Whenever appropriate, provide suggestions for improving quality, safety, and health procedures and processes, and enhancing safety conditions within your area or other areas of REMA TIP TOP; · Immediately report and communicate any incidents or quality, safety, and health non-conformities observed in your area or elsewhere in the company to your immediate supervisor; · Whenever applicable, participate in investigations of quality and occupational health and safety non-conformities and incidents identified in your area or activities; · Whenever appropriate, provide suggestions for improving quality, safety, and health procedures and processes, and enhancing safety conditions within your area or other areas of REMA TIP TOP; · If qualified, operate vehicles when necessary to substitute or assist the driver in transporting people and equipment; · Perform assigned job duties, being knowledgeable of and contributing to continuous process improvement and the application of all procedures related to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment; Job type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Food voucher * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Job type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$3\.500,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Food voucher * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance
