Job Summary: The Programming Instructor plans and delivers dynamic classes, evaluates student progress, and adapts teaching strategies to foster interactive learning. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct trial classes for student recruitment The Programming Instructor is responsible for planning and delivering classes aligned with the school’s methodology, promoting dynamic and interactive learning. In addition to evaluating student progress, adapting strategies to address diverse needs, and providing continuous feedback, the instructor is also responsible for conducting trial classes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Plan, prepare, and deliver classes efficiently, ensuring punctual start and end times; * Adhere to established schedules for each class, respecting the school’s methodology and the profile of each student group; * Assign and grade homework, providing constructive feedback; * Conduct assessments and other activities within the school management system; * Submit reports and other relevant documents by the stipulated deadlines; * Record class information in the school management system; * Encourage use of pedagogical tools provided by the school as complementary classroom practice; * Conduct trial classes for recruiting new students; * Participate in events hosted by partner institutions. COMPETENCIES • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with students, parents/guardians, and fellow instructors; • Student Orientation: sound pedagogical approach, flexibility, and adaptability to accommodate diverse student profiles and learning needs, plus proactivity and creativity to engage students and make classes dynamic; • Planning and Organization: organizational skills and accountability to plan and adhere to schedules and deadlines. REQUIREMENTS * Prior teaching experience in technology schools or educational institutions (preferred); * Passion for technology and proficiency in at least one tool used in our courses; * Ability to apply teaching methodologies and adapt them according to the class profile; * Knowledge of educational technology and digital tools for online and in-person instruction; • Willingness to participate in training sessions and pedagogical events organized by the school; EDUCATION • Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields (engineering, physics, mathematics) or Game Development (preferred); • Students currently pursuing degrees in STEM or Game Development fields; • Advanced English (preferred).
