Position: Finance Controller Manager Location: Areal, RJ Main Responsibilities:* Lead the annual financial planning process, forecast revisions, and scenario building; * Manage P&L for business units, ensuring accuracy, control, and strategic oversight; * Conduct revenue, margin, and expense variance analyses, identifying risks and opportunities; * Act as a business partner for the industrial area, influencing data-driven decisions; * Develop and present management reports to executive leadership and C-level executives, with actionable insights; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions; * Assess financial viability of projects and investments (ROI); * Lead continuous improvement initiatives, process automation, and digital transformation within finance; * Team management, promoting technical and behavioral development.
