




**:** · Prepare desserts and various types of sweets from the menu, according to received demands. Assemble individual desserts, buffets, trays, etc., and manage distribution to consumption areas. Develop technical cost and preparation sheets for new desserts under guidance. Monitor buffet consumption and arrange for dessert replenishment when necessary. Request raw materials required for dessert preparation, defining products and quantities, and forward requests for approval. Collect leftover desserts at the end of services, both from the buffet and kitchen, and safely dispose of or redirect them to appropriate destinations. Fully comply with food safety good practices.
