If you identify with our company, **JOIN OUR TEAM**! **\#JOINNALIN** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and control all Store Sales and Financial Product operations; * Analyze store indicators and KPIs; * Guide and supervise sales services according to established policies to ensure efficient customer service; * Monitor store activities related to merchandise presentation and inventory control procedures; * Participate in recruitment, hiring, work schedules, vacations, terminations, and related processes for the store team; * Market strategy and competitive analysis; * Inventory audits, as well as monitoring reports (goods receipt, issuance and cancellation of invoices); * Management of maintenance contracts and negotiation of in-store space; * Compliance with fiscal, sanitary, and other requirements set by public authorities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Required Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree — Mandatory; * Prior experience in Fashion Retail preferred; * Knowledge of sales KPIs; * Experience in people leadership preferred; **Additional Information** * Health Insurance (after probation period); * Dental Insurance (after probation period); * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher (R$ 20.00 per working day); * Life Insurance; * 10% discount at Nalin; * Transportation Voucher (6% CLT-standard deduction); Our journey has been marked by dedication, commitment to quality, and an unwavering focus on delivering a unique experience to both our customers and our team.
