Prioritize multiple technical dependencies considering impacts and risks. Monitor and analyze metrics such as lead time, cycle time, throughput, WIP, WIP aging, velocity, and predictability. Make data-driven decisions, balancing urgency, strategy, and team productivity capacity. Support demand organization and control, ensuring visibility and alignment among stakeholders.
