Job Summary: A professional to serve as a PMO Analyst, responsible for managing Azure DevOps Boards and backlogs, preparing reports, supporting project management, and facilitating meetings with agile teams. Development of dashboards and executive reports An IT consulting firm is seeking a PMO Analyst in São Gonçalo. **Responsibilities:** Create and manage queries in Azure DevOps Boards. Configure and maintain organized and up-to-date boards on a daily basis. Manage and prioritize the backlog. Develop dashboards and executive tracking reports. Support project management and delivery tracking. Facilitate meetings, record minutes, and conduct follow-up with teams. Ensure traceability of requests and compliance with proper Azure DevOps usage. Collaborate with agile teams using Scrum/Kanban. Previous roles such as Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, or Project Management Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
