Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for recognizing and executing operations, performing measurements and inspections, operating equipment, preparing mixtures and parts, and ensuring process quality. Focus on quality and deviation resolution **Job Description Summary** =========================== **Job Description** =================== **Job Description:** * Capable of recognizing the entire sequence of operations within their area of responsibility; * Perform measurements and inspections; * Operate, handle, and set parameters for equipment used in their process; * Prepare and apply mixtures and products; * Prepare parts for finishing and precision polishing of brazed and welded surfaces; measure surface roughness and wall thickness using measuring instruments; * Clean aerospace parts; * Handle, store, transport, package, and preserve parts; * Clean and maintain equipment; * Read and complete technical instructions as applicable; * Verify all process parameters to ensure quality in accordance with applicable documents; * Able to identify problems and know when to request assistance for deviation resolution. **Qualifications/Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic Technical English; * Fitting course; * Proven experience in activities related to the metallurgical industry (Fitting, Welding and/or Machining). **Desirable Characteristics:** * Proactivity and positive attitude; * Good interpersonal skills; * Ability to work in a team; * Sense of organization; * Communication skills; * Flexibility in working hours.
