About the Role You will provide technical support and prepare quotations in the Technical Assistance area. Daily responsibilities include: * Executing and monitoring maintenance plans. * Organizing and registering machines and equipment in the maintenance system; * Planning and controlling maintenance staff activities; * Collecting maintenance data and indicators; * Developing process improvements aimed at cost reduction, optimization of steps, shorter execution time, and reduction of unplanned machine and equipment downtime; * Developing suppliers and service providers; * Conducting operational training as required; * Developing processes, creating and refining maintenance procedures; * Reporting problems and anomalies detected in machines and equipment; * Providing support for emergency/unplanned repairs of production equipment during operation. * Preparing budget proposals for purchasing spare parts and maintenance services. * Creating and submitting purchase requisitions for manager approval. * Following up with suppliers and the procurement department regarding receipt of maintenance spare parts for repair. * Developing routines and checklists for predictive and preventive maintenance. * Monitoring labor hours spent on maintenance activities and reporting deviations. Desired Skills/Knowledge: * Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Advanced Excel; * Advanced computer skills
