Job Summary: Lead the guest service team in a sophisticated hospitality environment, ensuring an enchanting and efficient experience for guests. Key Highlights: 1. We cultivate purposeful relationships among cities, staff, and guests. **MAIN CHALLENGES** Welcoming guests and ensuring an enchanting, elegant, and efficient service experience; Organizing the dining room, overseeing table arrangements, reservations, and service flow; Coordinating the team of waiters and busboys, guiding operations during service; Monitoring service quality to ensure excellence standards at every stage; Supporting resolution of incidents in the dining room, acting with agility and courtesy; Maintaining constant alignment with the kitchen and other departments to ensure operational fluidity; Supervising environmental organization, table setup, utensils, and dining room presentation; Monitoring guest satisfaction, identifying opportunities to delight and enhance the experience; Assisting in training and development of the service team; Contributing to the restaurant’s smooth operation, with emphasis on hospitality, organization, and results. **REQUIRED SKILLS** Relevant work experience; Leadership profile and ability to coordinate teams; Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor; Organization, attention to detail, and operational awareness; Ability to interact effectively with guests and resolve situations courteously; Agility and efficiency, especially during peak hours. **WE OFFER** Collaborative work environment; Meal Allowance; Transportation Allowance; TotalPass (access to gyms and wellness facilities).
