Job Summary: A professional to assist in the preparation, shaping, baking, and decoration of bakery products, maintaining an organized workspace and adhering to hygiene standards. Key Highlights: 1. A supermarket in Petrópolis (Downtown) is seeking a Bakery Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Measure and weigh ingredients according to recipes. Prepare doughs, fillings, and toppings as instructed by the baker. Shape and mold bread, cakes, cookies, and other bakery products. Bake bakery products in the oven according to specifications. Decorate and finish bakery products, if required. Clean and maintain a tidy and organized workspace. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations. Assist in maintaining and cleaning bakery equipment. Collaborate with the kitchen team and other bakery staff.
