The **Customer Success** role targets professionals focused on helping customers achieve their goals through strategic use of our solution. The candidate will be responsible for managing the health of the customer portfolio, actively ensuring retention, expansion, and referrals of new customers—always with a focus on results and excellence in service delivery. Key responsibilities include providing consultative support to customers, guiding them on proper product usage, and implementing strategies that enhance each account’s performance and success. Additionally, the candidate will lead the setup (implementation) and onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they perceive value from the solution right from the start. This process includes educational initiatives and expectation alignment—both essential to establishing a successful product journey. We are looking for an individual passionate about technology, skilled in interpersonal communication, and capable of combining analytical thinking with strong communication abilities—acting as a bridge between customers and the company’s solutions. Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct customer onboarding and adoption; * Lead meetings to deliver the customer’s first value milestone; * Serve as the guardian of your customers’ experience, proactively initiating and effectively mediating cross-functional interactions (e.g., Sales, Support, Product) to resolve any issues; * Hold periodic meetings to demonstrate results to customers; * Advise on best practices for using the product/service, delivering training sessions to customers when necessary; * Close the NPS feedback loop; * Monitor the customer journey, planning strategies for new objectives; * Implement customer retention strategies; * Participate in and lead strategy presentations during customer meetings; * Consistently document interactions and relevant information for each customer, ensuring proper information management; * Identify opportunities for product improvements based on customer feedback; * Drive continuous improvement of customer support processes; * Support the Product team in logging improvement requests. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Public Relations, or related fields. * Prior experience in Customer Success and customer onboarding; * Knowledge of customer service and portfolio management; * Understanding of customer journey design and management; * Familiarity with NPS strategies and satisfaction surveys; * Knowledge of key Customer Success metrics.
